Terms and Conditions for www.aesthetic.college Training Courses

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your enrollment in training courses offered by Aesthetic College ("we," "us," or "our"). By enrolling in a course, 'you' and 'your' (refers to the student buying Aesthetic College course/s) agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Right to Admission and Changes

2.1 We reserve the right to deny admission to any training course.

2.2 We reserve the right to cancel or change planned training courses in terms of dates, locations, and course content. We will notify you at least 24 hours in advance of any planned changes and offer an alternative date if possible.

2.3 We accept no liability for any loss of earnings or expenses incurred by you or any models due to course cancellations or changes.

3. Payment

3.1 You can pay for your training course by phone, bank transfer, debit, or credit card.

3.2 Full Payment Option: You can pay the full course price at least three weeks before the course date. We will send a booking confirmation within 24 hours of receiving full payment.

3.3 Payment Plan Option:

• A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your spot.
• We will send a booking confirmation within 24 hours of receiving your booking fee.
• The booking fee will be deducted from the course price.
• We will contact you to arrange remaining payments by card or bank transfer.
• Failure to make payments may result in course cancellation and forfeiture of any payments already made.

4. Cancellations

4.1 We understand that plans change and changes may be made by you. Please review our cancellation policy below and sickness also applies including bereavement.

4.2 Cancellation by You:

• All cancellations must be made in writing to [email protected]
• A cancellation fee will apply based on the notice period:
• 4 weeks (28 days) or more notice: Course fees will be refunded (minus the booking fee) with a £100 administration charge. No refunds if course materials have been provided.
• 3 to 4 weeks (21-28 days) notice: 50% course fee refund and a £100 administration charge. No refunds if course materials have been provided.
• Less than 3 weeks (21 days) notice: No refund.
• Any remaining course balance must be used within 12 months or will be forfeited.
• You are responsible for arranging your own cancellation insurance.

4.3 Cancellation by Us (Force Majeure):

• We may cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control ("Force Majeure"), such as natural disasters or pandemics.
• We are not liable for any losses you incur due to a course cancellation.
• We will try to reschedule the course or offer a full refund.

• We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes.

Amendments to Your Training Course Bookings

5.1 Changing Your Course Date

If you need to reschedule your course, you can request a date change by emailing us at [email protected]. Please note the following:

• All change requests must be made in writing.
• An [email protected] administration fee of £100 applies to all rescheduling requests.
• We cannot guarantee availability on your preferred new date. If a spot isn't available, we will follow the cancellation policy outlined in Section 4.

5.2 Rescheduling Fees

The fee for rescheduling your course depends on how close it is to the original date:

• 1-3 weeks (7-21 days) notice: 30% of the course fee + £100 administration fee
• Within 1 week (7 days calendar days) of the course: 50% of the course fee + £100 administration fee
• Within 48 hours of the course: 100% of the course fee + £100 administration fee

5.3 Exceptions

• In the event of a death in your immediate family, we will reschedule your course upon receiving a copy of the death certificate. A £100 administration fee will apply.
• No other exceptions can be made.

5.4 Recommendations

• We recommend notifying us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule to avoid higher fees and ensure availability.

6. Cancelling Your Model Appointments Course Booking

We ask seven days' notice for cancellations of model appointments so that you may get your money back. For treatments that have already been finished, we do not provide refunds.

8.1 By registering for a training session with Aesthetic College, you consent to us utilizing any information you provide for application processing and future marketing initiatives by aesthetic.college.

8.2 We will never give your information to a third party without your express permission.

9. Complaints

9.1 Aesthetic College is proud of the caliber of its offerings and will do all in its power to promptly address any concerns.

9.2 Email [email protected] with any written concerns regarding any element of Aesthetic College.

9.3 Written complaints will be acknowledged one week after they are received with a follow-up email or letter.

10. Marketing

10.1 Promotional Materials

Our course materials and other promotional content provided by www.aesthetic.college are for your educational and reference purposes only. You may not use them for any commercial purposes without our written consent.

10.2 Testimonials

We may use testimonials from students in our marketing materials. By providing a testimonial, you grant us permission to use it in our marketing efforts.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Wales and England. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Wales and England.

12. Agreement

By enrolling in a course with Aesthetic College, you agree to these Terms and any updates we may make from time to time. Please ensure you review these Terms regularly.
